Three plans are available: Standard ATS, Premium ATS, and Full Service Hiring. All plans offer high-level customer service, unlimited job postings, and the option to use their background check service. Even in the lowest level plan, many desired features are available, and they progress as you move up in plans.

When evaluating ApplicantPro, we were impressed by how many users left positive reviews regarding their customer service experience. Users report that the company representatives are proactive and helpful without being pushy about upgrades – they genuinely want to help.

Starting with the Standard ATS, all plans feature branded career sites, access to over 1,000 free and paid job boards, an online application, customer support, unlimited job postings, an internal jobs portal and application, and integrated background checks and assessments.

ApplicantPro user review highlights

We analyzed 455 user reviews about ApplicantPro from three third-party review websites to provide this summary.

Overall, users appreciate ApplicantPro and all the features it offers. A few complaints stem from the interface. Users indicate that it can be confusing to learn at first. There are several gripes about a new window being open with every task that it gets to be too many windows open. And finally, there are some reports of the system running slow or lagging.

On the other hand, there are so many features that users love – almost too many to list, but what stands out are the customer service and reporting features. Users find the customer service truly above par and say that the reps are proactive and helpful without being overly pushy about sales. The reporting is detailed and useful. Users also appreciate that you can have your job posting rewritten and that it easily integrates with most payroll systems.

  • Ease of Setup – most users report that setting up Avature is relatively easy.
  • Ease of Use – users find the system to be a bit clunky, and some areas of the software could be more intuitive.
  • Features – of the features commented on in Avature user reviews, the most praised are the reporting, customer service, ease of job posting, and integrations.
  • Quality of Support – ApplicantPro reviews indicate that users love the level of customer support, saying they are proactive, helpful, friendly, and professional.
  • Value for Money – users report that between organizing information and applicants for multiple jobs into one place and vetting resumes and applicants to indicate levels of interest, ApplicantPro is well worth the price tag.
