What’s included in every EZ Texting plan?

The Launch plan includes 1 user and provides you with a local textable number, 6,000 yearly credits, and bundled credit discounts. It charges only $0.04 for credit overage and is subject to Telecom Fees. The Boost plan offers the same features as the lower plan but provides workflow automation, a high-volume local number, waives the Telecom Fee, and lowers credit overage costs to $0.035.

With the Scale plan, overage credit costs are reduced to $0.03, you receive a local high-volume, high-speed number, and you get an onboarding specialist. Finally, the Enterprise plan offers all that plus a dedicated short code, 200k monthly credits, a dedicated success manager, white-glove onboarding, priority support, and reduced overage credit costs of $0.01.

Set up for the three lower-tiered plans can be completed within one business day, but the Enterprise plan can take between four and twelve weeks. Additionally, all plans include essential features such as campaign creation, scheduling & automation, audience growth tools, conversion automation, and business management.
