Justworks offers three plans. For the PEO software, you can choose from Basic and Plus, which are both clearly broken down into what each covers. The cost is billed per employee per month, but once you hit a threshold of 50 employees, you get $10 off your respective plan per employee. Non-profit organizations and minority and women-owned businesses can also receive a discount or credits.

In the Basic plan, you get payroll, tax forms and filing, onboarding, PTO tracking, 24/7 customer support, HR consulting, and several other HR tools and resources. In the Plus plan, you get all that the Basic includes, plus access to benefits like health insurance, vision, and dental for your employees.
